Our Story
Opening in 2025 and located in Clane United Football Club, The Revive Zones mission is create and area and community of recovery and rejuvination. All run by Benny Langan, a Clane native, we strive to create a good enviroment for everyone and allow them to become the best and healthiest versions of themselves. We would love to see you soon at TRZ.
Meet Benny Langan, our founder and Clane native. The Revive Zone is a passion project for Benny and comes out of his love for sports and health. As an avide footballer, aswell as a boxing and mma athlethe, Benny knows himslef how important recovery and a good enviroment is and this is exactly what The Revive Zone is based around. Benny runs The Revive Zone himself and he hopes to get a chance to meet you there soon.

Our 3 Hanki Ice Baths provide a top of the range cold exposure treatment. Cold exposure through the ice baths might not feel as easy getting into as the sauna but it also has some great benefits. These include imroved uscle recovery, reduced imflamation , enhanced circulation and many more.
